MORE ABOUt ME…

I fell in love with photography in Middle School ( Roy H. Mann) in Brooklyn, New York—in a darkroom filled with the scent of chemicals and curiosity. I remember shooting on a Nikon film camera, arriving at school before 7 a.m., eager to develop my work. There was something magical about watching an image slowly emerge into the light. That moment—my very first developed photograph of my family—changed everything for me.

It wasn’t just art—it was discipline, storytelling, and truth.

Under the guidance of a strict and passionate teacher, I was introduced to the seriousness of black-and-white photography. That foundation shaped how I see the world today: with intention, patience, and respect for the craft.

My journey continued through hands-on experience and mentorship, including a formative internship with Lionel C. Martin. His intensity and commitment pushed me beyond comfort and into growth—teaching me that excellence requires discipline, consistency, and vision.

I later refined my skills through my education at Grand Canyon University and Collins College School of Film, Media & Technology, but I believe this deeply: education can guide you, but passion is what sustains you. Passion is what fuels late nights, creative risks, and the pursuit of something greater than yourself.

For years, I held back—afraid to fully share my gift with the world. Today, I stand grounded in my purpose. I’ve put in the work, and that work has built my confidence.

I shoot with integrity.
I direct with intention.
And I create to make people feel something real.

Every photo. Every frame. Every story—receives my full dedication.

There was a chapter in my life where I stepped away from the spotlight and served as a CEO supporting underserved children and families. But even then, I never stopped creating. I was still shooting. Still directing. Still documenting life’s most meaningful moments.

Because this isn’t just what I do—
this is who I am.

I’ve worked in creative fields, including time in Hollywood, where I connected with influential people in music and film. Those experiences shaped me as a storyteller and creative director. Meeting figures I admired—like Mr. X, Hype Williams, Michael Myers, Collin Tilly, and Ryan Coogler—inspired me. In a male-dominated industry I worked harder to prove myself, investing my own money in production and my craft. Like many directors, I faced hardship—disappointments, money struggles, loneliness—but I kept going and celebrated small wins. A standout moment was meeting and photographing Kenneth “Babyface” Edmonds, whose humility and kindness reminded me that true greatness includes grace.
